Abstract
In Communication Design, our capabilities must be as diverse
as the business of our clients. And our sensitivity to the ever-changing marketplace
is crucial in developing pragmatic solutions.
My biggest advantage is the my passion for the profession,
thus searching for a communication design solution is never a chore. This
is also the reason for my insatiable desire to learn more.
The approach that I use for any project is very simple, work backwards; envision the ideal user experience based on research, then develop the content to support it. Decisions on the delivery method, and necessary tools to create that experience, then fall into place by themselves.
This motivation and approach has given me the unique opportunity of working on projects for major corporations such as American Express, CitiBank, Chrysler, Pepsi, Philips, Sony, Unilever, and Xerox across Asia, Europe and North America. The most recent assignment being the design and development of WBT courses for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission's SAP transition project.
Times have changed, we need to do more with less and yet produce better results. Communication Design professionals today need a much broader skill set in order to respond effectively to these challenges.
